They say that Pot is a gateway to harder drugs, but what is wrong with smoking pot, the same thing as smoking a Cigarette which is against the law to smoke in public, so why is smoking pot any different, it still has second-hand smoke which is actually more dangerous to others, HOW? by some one losing their job if they check positive to the drug, even if they don’t have any thing to do with it, and now they are saying that these E Cigarettes are a gateway to smoking, if you can smoke pot then you should be able to smoke a Cigarette without being hassled, or being over taxed to get you to stop smoking them, and saying they are a health hazard.

Make the laws for Pot the same as Alcohol, stop the special privileges, ether enforce the laws or pay the price from what will come, SUE the Government and the sellers (the people who sell, and regulate, and the person who breaks the law) of these products if the laws are not enforced.

Smoke and eat Pot, Drink Alcohol, But Smoke No Cigarettes, because it is a health hazard to you others, and addictive.

DENVER (AP) — Colorado is spending $1 million on television ads making fun of marijuana users who space out during everyday tasks — an effort to stop stoned driving.

 The Colorado Department of Transportation unveiled the “Drive High, Get a DUI” campaign Thursday, the state’s first effort since marijuana was legalized in 2012 to remind drivers that pot should be treated like alcohol and not used before driving.

Like it or not you are now the happy buyers of Illegal Drugs, WHAT, so you better hope you don’t work for company that does not allow for drug use, you better hope that you are called in for a random drug test.

Now this is the case where Food Labeling should now be mandatory, eventually they are going to put it in all processed foods and meats you buy in the market, they are already feeding the meats that we eat with steroids that is illegal for human use, but not the meats you eat, just another act that the FDA and the Government not caring about the people, they are just looking for more ways to take your money away from you the people by any means they can.

[BSAAG is involved because approved marijuana cultivators, producers and vendors in Colorado and Washington can’t set up legal bank accounts, because banks believe they could be implicated as money launders, since marijuana sales are still illegal nationally. And pot vendors can’t process retail credit and debit card transactions, for the same reason.]       

Now what saying that after they get approved to use the banks that they don’t start using deals on the side to launder money illegally, or start using stolen credit cards, or from identity theft, all they are doing is opening up a can of worms that will come back and bite every one in the ass, and you know who the losers will be, and do you think that the ones who allowed this to get started in the first place will admit that they were wrong to let it start, what do they tell you all the time, BUYER BEWARE, you are responsible for what you do, well if they took the time to enforce the laws instead more laws they don’t enforce, they are worried about how much more taxes raise, or what they can do for them selves.

And how many kids are going to get hooked on this, is it not the object to keep kids off the use drugs and not get them started, and don’t say that kids won’t get ahold of them, today you have kids in grade school on drugs they say they can not get, the same goes for Alcohol, how many Minors are caught using Alcohol that the powers to be, say that they are regulated to where the kids can not get ahold of it, Government stands on their heads when they talk, and the shit get pretty deep before they stop talking. 

They don’t want kids to start smoking Cigarettes, but it is alright for them to smoke marijuana and eat food laced with it, what’s next, open up to all illegal drugs, ENFORCE THE LAWS, but it is the last thing they want to do, it could hurt their PROFIT if they did.

Washington, and Colorado just passed a law for Medical Marijuana, but it seems that the law was miss leading, here in Washington they kept saying Medical, not Recreational, now we have death with Guns, Alcohol, and now  Marijuana. (of a drug or medication) used for recreation  and enjoyment rather than to treat a medical condition: recreational drugs such as marijuana and alcohol.

Where is this Drug going to come from Mexico and who is going to profit??? Politicians are known to be GOOD LIARS.

This could have been in a School zone with kids getting out of School, or it could be any where people get together on the street or parking lot, is this what you want to see happen by allowing this law to stay legal.

Now with all these Dangerous laws being passed, laws should be stiffened and not just a slap on the hand because it is now legal, and if the Courts don’t enforce tougher penalties then you should be able to sue Judges, Lawyers and any one who has it put on a ballot as an accessory, just like you would for aiding and abetting or wrongful death, because they are just as guilty as if they were there to pull the trigger.

Charge: Driver, high on pot, killed woman in Interbay wreck

A 49-year-old man accused of killing a woman during a crash in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood has been charged with vehicular homicide following allegations he was high on marijuana when the crash occurred.

Filing charges earlier this week, King County prosecutors contend Timothy W. Durden caused an eight-car pileup on Elliott Avenue West when he drove into traffic on July 17.

Rosemary Tempel, 56, was killed in the crash, which also saw a 63-year-old woman injured. Durden also was hurt in the wreck.

At 6:20 a.m., Durden was driving his Jeep Grand Cherokee northwest on Elliott when he cut into a two-way center lane and drove with traffic for some time, a Seattle detective told the court.

Durden then veered into southbound traffic, sideswiping a car waiting to turn from the two-way center lane, the detective continued.

The Renton man’s SUV then drove over Tempel’s Subaru Impreza, crushing her. She was rushed to Harborview Medical Center, where she died.

That initial collision caused a chain reaction that saw five other cars damaged. A piece of Durden’s car – likely its right wheel – slammed into an oncoming Subaru Forester; the driver of the car suffered a broken arm when she collided with another vehicle to avoid Durden’s.

Responding to the 125-foot-long crash scene, firefighters pulled Durden from his SUV and took him to Harborview.

According to charging documents, Durden told police he used marijuana medicinally but denied using any immediately before the crash.

A blood test showed undigested THC – the chemical in marijuana that acts on the brain – was in his bloodstream, the detective continued. Two grams of marijuana were found near his crashed car, as were several business cards from a medical marijuana dispensary.

“This information explains Durden’s delayed response to the threat posed by the presence” of the car stopped in the turn lane, the detective told the court. “It also explains Durden’s lack of situational awareness as to his vehicle’s position in the roadway.”

Durden has been charged with vehicular homicide and vehicular assault. He is not currently jailed.
