This is typical of Washington DC Double Talk Hogwash, they do not know how to tell the American people the truth, and it is beyond them, lying is easier.

It laughable to see whom Obama has for his mouthpieces that are running this country while he jet sets around the world, and then wants everyone to believe that he knows what is going on and running this Country.
