The sky gods are angry
By John Hayward
12/27/2010

If you’re having trouble reading this because your computer monitor is vibrating, I’ve got two pieces of bad news for you. First, you’re the one bouncing, not the computer. Second, you’re shivering because you’re buried under two feet of snow. A record-breaking snowstorm is rolling across the Northeast, bringing white Christmases as far south as Atlanta, Georgia – Continue reading

Reid’s Rules Scheme To Rewrite Defeat

By Bob L.

Here we go again, they just had to put Reid back in, (so the people who put him back in will get their just dessert) so now the Democrats with Pelosi and Obama with his Czars are doing the same thing that they did with every thing else, hide behind closed doors (pass laws without reading them) and say that the Republicans don’t want to work with them, so now they are back to scheming for ways to go against all Americans and Republicans to make sure that America will no longer be free.

Reid should be recalled and thrown out on his BUTT!!!!!

The Democrats are trying to change the Senate rules so that they can ram through their agenda when their majority shrinks next week from 59 to 53 seats.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has been scheming behind closed doors to use his slim majority to vote on January 5 for the most drastic rules changes since 1975.

“Democrats lost the election. Their power has been weakened significantly. So they are trying to do a Washington-insider tactic to try to grab power, Continue reading

Political End Runs

Thomas SowellBy Thomas Sowell
12/28/2010

The Constitution of the United States begins with the words “We the people.” But neither the Constitution nor “we the people” will mean anything if politicians and judges can continue to do end runs around both.

Bills passed too fast for anyone to read them are blatant examples of these end runs. But last week, another of these end runs appeared in a different institution when the medical “end of life consultations” rejected by Congress were quietly enacted through bureaucratic fiat by administrators of Medicare. EPA sets the stage for expanded climate rules

By Bob L.

I don’t know why these Environmentalist are so wrapped up in every thing on the ground, I have not heard one thing about all the pollution that takes off every hour, what is it 300, 400, maybe 800 an hour at these air ports PLUS what is already in the air, no one talks about that, WHY???

This whole thing is nothing but a Ponzi scheme an the Americans are the lambs for the slaughter.

If they are going to blame cars, power plants, refineries, lawn care machines that use gas, and the BIG one TRUCKS, so they say, but it should start above ground first, and second, tell the American people the real truth, it all has to do with MONEY and nothing else. I forgot one, to yuppies taking over farm land for their fancy homes, METHANE GAS FROM ANIMALS, AND WE CAN’T FOR GET HUMANS.

I guess to stop Environmentalist, yuppies, and Animals from emitting such deadly  gas we need to put a plug-in their tail pipe.

Have you noticed that every pollution law that comes along starts in California, then every one else pays the price, but after they pass a law in California, the people move to other states and start all over again until they get their way, another law is passed.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) unveiled a schedule Thursday for setting greenhouse gas standards for power plants and oil refineries.

While EPA is pledging a “common-sense” approach, the move is likely to escalate a battle between the Obama administration and Republicans, who argue climate regulations will hurt the economy. Members of the GOP are pledging to block the rules on Capitol Hill next year. Continue reading

Gov. Ted Strickland says he will stay politically active; resents lack of support from Northeast Ohio

By Bob L.
12/21/10

Democrats here in Ohio are just as much out of touch with the people as they are in Washington DC, they put people out of work and then say the Republican made us do it, well they say it takes two to tango, so they are both to blame, PERIOD

It is time that the two-party politics should be abolished, because they can not do any thing with out wining like little kids, they are Elected to protect this Country,NOT THEM SELVES, do your time get out, then shut your mouth and get on with your life, and I don’t mean stick your nose back in, you already screwed things up, SHUT YOUR MOUTH, and let them continue where you left off, they don’t need your help to screw it up any more, they will do a good job on their own.

There were Republicans that backed Democrats here in Ohio, so why do  we need a two, three or ten party system, we need people who will stand up for this Country, not the World, this Country first, then maybe the world, if you can’t take care of your self, you can’t help any one else.

Seasons Greetings to ALL and a Safe Holiday Season!!!!!

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Outgoing Gov. Ted Strickland plans to stay politically active by supporting a startup liberal think tank whose objective will be to scrutinize every action of the incoming Republican-controlled governor’s office and legislature.

In a wide-ranging interview Monday, the Democratic leader, who will leave office on Jan. 9, also said that he did a lot for Cleveland but never got the support he deserved from Continue reading

Top 10 Bad Developments For Global Warming Alarmists

By Bob L.
12/20/10

I can’t believe people can be so dumb, or is it that they never went to school and studied science, CLIMATE CHANGES FOUR TIMES A YEAR, EVERY YEAR, it go’s back many years in time, can any one say when climate change started, and prove it 100%, they can’t because NO ONE is that OLD, they can only presume by sampling.

This whole thing is nothing but a way for the rich to get richer, and the poor to end up living on the street, if the Government and rich get their way. BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TAXED OUT OF YOUR HOMES. You think it is bad now, pass CAP & TAX or TAX & TRADE.

Things keep getting worse for global-warming alarmists. Last year, saw the collapse at Copenhagen, Climategate and the death of cap-and-trade. A recent spate of bad developments added to their woes:

1. Cancun Play-Day: Following last year’s Copenhagen climate conference which turned into a farce, another meaningless UN climate conference was held this year in Cancun, Mexico. Continue reading

Like A Condom, The First Amendment Can’t Always Protect You

Ann CoulterBy Ann Coulter

First of all, I feel so much more confident that the TSA’s nude photos of airline passengers will never be released now that I know the government couldn’t even prevent half a million classified national security documents from being posted on WikiLeaks.

President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder will be getting around to WikiLeaks’ proprietor, Julian Assange, just as soon Continue reading

IRS audits jump by 11 percent; wealthiest targeted

By Bob L.

The first place to start is where the Government lets companies work off shore so they don’t have to pay taxes, then go after ones who hide their money, next close a lot of loop that were closed to the average worker, just think how much money the Government would bring in and stop putting it on the backs of the American worker.

WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Service is making it a bit riskier to cheat on your taxes.

The tax agency increased the number of returns it audited by nearly 11 percent this year, statistics released Wednesday show. Wealthy taxpayers and big businesses were most likely to be targeted.

The IRS also stepped up audits of charities and other tax-exempt organizations.

In all, the IRS examined more than 1.58 million individual returns in the budget year that ended in September, up from 1.43 million the year before.

“We saw individual audits increase, reaching the highest rate in the past decade,” said Steve Miller, IRS deputy commissioner for services and enforcement. “The bottom line shows enforcement revenue topped $57 billion, up almost 18 percent from last year.”

Overall, a little more than 1 percent of individual returns were audited, either by mail or in person. The IRS audited more than 8 percent of returns with incomes above $1 million.

Taxpayers filed nearly 143 million returns, including those from individuals and married couples. Nearly 389,000 taxpayers reported incomes of $1 million or above.

Corporate audits dropped slightly, by less than 1 percent. But there was a 7 percent increase in the number of audits of firms with $10 million or more in assets.

Obama warns of imminent tax increase if Dems don’t give in

By Bob L.

This is true to a point, but the tax should be $500,000 dollars not $250,000 dollars because this puts small business right in the cross hairs of any thing that comes along, but money should be put back into the business, not in their pockets.

Look at what is happening to large companies, they are putting so much money into paying Executives outrageous wages, they can’t see that these companies are no longer profitable for any one, they are a died horse that will never survive until they take all that money and put it back into the company, lower their prices so people can buy their product, PEOPLE BUY EVERY ONE PROFITS, price people out, every one loses.

Senators add ethanol credit to tax bill

By Bob L.

Government makes every thing look good on Paper, but what is the actual out come that they have forgotten, Farmers losing land to grow a crop to feed the world,  did they ever open up the water for the farmers in California to go back to work and hirer workers, how many wind turbines does it take to generate enough energy for 500,000 homes plus businesses, or where good farm land will be destroy?

Just drive around and look at all the land and water that these turbines have destroyed for this venture, and the same go’s for solar panels, you put it on your roof and then you get a leak in your roof, what is your cost to take them down then put them back?

50kw solar field installed in Maryland, uses 185 of the SPP270 solar panels

Land Lost, no longer Available.

Where do the wires run, under
ground and they produces heat, and
heat days out the ground, (like an electric base board heater) and they are talking about water conservation, this produces a drying affect around these wires before it can reach the water table. ?

How is all THIS going to AFFECT or ALTER the Weather in the future? Do they really know? Bet they never studied for the AFFECTS of more climate change from all this!!!! Looks good on paper while they are lining their pockets before the people open their eyes to what is going on, this also go’s for food for gas, take the food crops to make gas. Now is that not a tax break for the rich, like the oil Companies.

Welcome to my Planet of Wind MillsIs this the future of our
food around these wind
farms in the future?
