Salazar announces tougher rules on drilling

By Bob L.   Sure looks like they want to get away from foreign oil

Is this what you call getting away from foreign dependency stopping exploration in this Country.

This sounds like another LIE from this President who gave how many BILLIONS to BRAZIL to drill for oil there, or is a way to push cap and tax through ( cap oil, then tax it.)
