One World Government Part 1

American-Eagle-and-Flag--C10055018 By Bob L : NEWS AS I SEE IT!

If you have been listening to Obama from the start, when he told Joe the Plumber that he wanted to spread the wealth, well that is brought up in this video about spreading the wealth, but not in the US but in a ONE WORLD Government.

And Obama can’t come up with any thing about climate change other then what Al Gore tells him, word for word, so that tells me that he does not know what he is talking about, unless some one tells him what to say, and an other point is that they can’t even get their stories straight (James Hansen says sea level will rise by 75 meters (that is around 246 feet), Al Gore sea level will rise 20 feet), now is this a profit scam or the truth, I say a scam on the world for profit. Consumer spending falls as sentiment sours

American-Eagle-and-Flag--C10055018 By Bob L : NEWS AS I SEE IT!

If this does not show you that this Country is still headed toward a RESCISSION one foot at a time, then you are out of touch with this Country.
By Lucia Mutikani Lucia Mutikani – Fri Oct 30

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. consumers cut spending in September and turned gloomier this month, underscoring the fragility of the economy’s recovery even as signs emerged that manufacturing may be picking up.

The Commerce Department said on Friday consumer spending fell 0.5 percent last month, the largest drop since December, after a 1.4 percent increase in August. The decline, which was in line with market expectations, followed the end of a government incentive program to boost auto sales. Continue reading

How many more banks are going to be closed before any one sees who wants what or TOTAL Government control of all U.S. citizens.

Obama to lift HIV/AIDS travel ban

American-Eagle-and-Flag--C10055018 By Bob L : NEWS AS I SEE IT!

With lifting a ban on sick people coming here, will this not be open to putting more people on the free health plan for the sick who are not Citizens of the U.S., or is this a plan to brake the U.S. and to make it a one world Government.

When this Country was being formed, did they not send the sick back home, and not let them settle in this Country to keep them from spreading more sickness because they could not afford to take care of them.

Washington (CNN) — President Obama announced Friday that he will lift a 22-year-old ban on entry into the United States for people infected with HIV/AIDS. Continue reading

By LARRY MARGASAK, Associated Press :  Oct,30,09

WASHINGTON – Dozens of lawmakers have drawn scrutiny from their ethics monitor this year for everything from financial dealings to travel and campaign donations, according to a leaked account showing an active House panel secretly at work.Seven of the lawmakers — four not previously known — serve on a defense appropriations subcommittee that divvies up money for Pentagon contractors. Most of the names and investigative subjects, mentioned in a summary of the ethics committee’s work last July, were known. But the summary — obtained by The Washington Post — shows the widespread scope of preliminary reviews and investigations the panel can have before it at any one time. Continue reading

What if Bush had done that?

American-Eagle-and-Flag--C10055018 By Bob L : NEWS AS I SEE IT!

  • Washington could not tell a lie.
  • Nixon could not tell the truth.
  • It is said that Obama can’t tell the difference.

Josh Gerstein Tue Oct 27

A four-hour stop in New Orleans, on his way to a $3 million fundraiser.

Snubbing the Dalai Lama.

Signing off on a secret deal with drug makers.

Freezing out a TV network.

Doing more fundraisers than the last president. More golf, too.

President Barack Obama has done all of those things — and more.

What’s remarkable is what hasn’t happened. These episodes haven’t become metaphors for Obama’s personal and political character — or consuming controversies that sidetracked the rest of his agenda. Continue reading

Gov’t may say recession over but not job losses

American-Eagle-and-Flag--C10055018 By Bob L : NEWS AS I SEE IT!

These people who are making big bucks can say any thing they want, but how much of it is hog wash or better known as blowing smoke up your ass, non of this will be over until jobs and businesses come back to this Country.
By TOM RAUM, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON – It’s about to become official: The recession is over — but not the pain.

The government will release figures this week expected to show that the economy has awakened from its deepest slump since the 1930s and is in the early stages of a recovery. But the following week, the government will issue another set of figures expected to show unemployment continuing to rise toward and possibly above a clearly recessionary 10 percent.

How can both be possible? Continue reading

Are Cutbacks on Surgeons Risking Patients’ Lives?

American-Eagle-and-Flag--C10055018 By Bob L : NEWS AS I SEE IT! By SCOTT HAIG Scott Haig – Mon Oct 26

Do you know how many people are at the table with gloves on, when you have an operation? There’s the surgeon and a scrub nurse, of course. A surgical tech may be there too, suctioning up those queasy fluids, holding the arm or leg we’re working on, cutting sutures and holding retractors. But you have seen enough medical shows to know there’s also always at least one other doctor present. We may not engage in the same kind of dramatic medical banter that fictional surgeons do (like flying a passenger jet, safe surgery should be a little bit boring), but that second doctor – the assistant surgeon – should be in the operating room for all major procedures. Statisticians reject global cooling

American-Eagle-and-Flag--C10055018 By Bob L : NEWS AS I SEE IT!

Here we go again this sounds like Al Gore and Obama and all who want CAP & TAX to pass so they can rip off the American people for their profits, lets say that ALL this money that will be collected gos into HEALTH insurance and RETIREMENT fund only, NOT to ANY ONE PERSON TO PROFIT FROM IT, it should go back to the people who are having to pay for it, in HEALTH and RETIREMENT, NOT FOR PROFIT, then do you think they would be pushing for it like they are now, I don’t think so.
By SETH BORENSTEIN, AP Science Writer – Mon Oct 26

WASHINGTON – Have you heard that the world is now cooling instead of warming? You may have seen some news reports on the Internet or heard about it from a provocative new book. Only one problem: It’s not true, according to an analysis of the numbers done by several independent statisticians for The Associated Press. Continue reading

Tracking Your Taxes: Millions Spent to Send Professors on Vacation

American-Eagle-and-Flag--C10055018 By Bob L : NEWS AS I SEE IT!
Friday, October 23, 2009

As if the life of a college professor weren’t easy enough, millions of taxpayer dollars are going to fund monthlong vacations for sightseeing scholars in Europe and South America, part of the $144 million budget provided for the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Government watchdogs say those trips are a waste of taxpayer money, and they’re not alone on an eye-popping list of NEH funding for projects, including:

* $400,000 for an exhibition “exploring the importance of plants as a source of inspiration for noted American poet Emily Dickinson”
* $350,000 to explore the “cultural significance of the circus poster”
* $725,000 to produce a two-hour documentary on the history of American whaling. Continue reading
